We do not only evaluate the protection and processing of Personal Data, which is the basis of the privacy of private life, in order to comply with the legislation, but also put the value we attach to human beings at the basis of our approach.
With this awareness, we take all administrative and technical measures for the protection and processing of Personal Data.

What are the purposes and legal reasons for processing personal data?

What are your rights in accordance with Article 11 of KVKK?
Pursuant to KVKK, by applying to our Company, your personal data;

b) Requesting information if processed,
c) Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom it is transferred in the country/abroad,
d) Requesting correction if it has been processed incompletely/wrongly,
e) Requesting anonymization and deletion within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
f) Requesting notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) above, to the third parties to whom it has been transferred,
g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis exclusively by automated systems,
ğ) You have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
